Hi,
I’m encountering an issue with my RSS feed in the RSS module. The problem specifically occurs with images wrapped in ![CDATA[. While text content in CDATA displays correctly, images are not showing up as expected.
Here’s an example of the problematic part of my feed:
Make - output.txt (1.8 KB)
Instead of displaying the content, I’m seeing it blank. I’ve checked the feed format, and it works perfectly fine in other RSS readers.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with images in CDATA, or does anyone know how to resolve it so the images are displayed correctly in Make.com?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Henrik
Welcome to the Make community!
For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
Hi,
- I really appreciate the time you took to help me out.
The reason I initially posted here was to check if others had experienced the same issue before reaching out to support. I thought there might be a simple fix or workaround that someone else had already found. But your suggestion is a good step forward, and I’ll give it a try.
Thanks again for your help
