Looking for an experienced automation expert who can help me build an AI-Powered Multilingual Generator (Make.com + OpenAI + Web Integration)

I’m launching a SaaS-style digital product: an AI-powered multilingual travel itinerary generator for travel agencies. I’m looking for an experienced automation expert who can help me build the first working version (MVP) using Make.com, OpenAI, and no-code tools like Carrd or Webflow.
The system will generate custom travel itineraries in specific native languages (starting with Portuguese for the Brazilian market) based on user input via a form. It will then format the output and email a PDF back to the user.

Tech Stack I’d Like to Use:

Make.com (must-have experience)

• OpenAI API (text generation in multiple languages)

• Tally / Typeform / Jotform for user form (flexible)

• Google Docs / PDF formatting

• Gmail / MailerSend / other for email delivery

• Carrd or Webflow for the landing page

This project has long-term potential — once MVP is launched, we’ll expand to other languages and markets. Looking to build a relationship with someone who can grow with the project.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Make.com automation

• Has worked with OpenAI or GPT integrations

• Understands PDF generation and document formatting

• Can troubleshoot and optimize AI prompts

• Has built multi-language systems before

• Clear communicator with attention to detail

Hi @jtltheone,

Building an MVP on Make.com using OpenAI and no-code (Carrd/Webflow for frontend) isn’t new to me. I’ve done similar AI automation setups, including doc-to-PDF generation and handling multilingual output from GPT, plus the email bit.

So, here’s roughly how I’d approach it:

  • Forms: Tally, Typeform, and Jotform all have native Make.com modules, so that’s straightforward. Feeds well into automations—no special workarounds needed.
  • OpenAI: Use Make.com’s OpenAI module for text generation. For multilingual output (like Portuguese), the challenge is prompt design. It’ll require some tuning so the output sounds native—machine translation’s just not enough for travel-style copy.
  • Formatting to PDF: Easiest to run output first through a Google Doc template via Make.com, then export to PDF module, then email out with Gmail or MailerSend (again, both have native support).
  • Carrd/Webflow: Webflow has better integrations for both Make.com and dynamic content; Carrd’s a bit lighter but can hook up forms. Depends how flexible you need that front-end piece.

I’ve built quite a few language-specific AI content tools—one involved French/Spanish itinerary outputs, actually, so have navigated some of the prompt weirdness and PDF edge cases. Have also connected most of these tools in Make.com before (OpenAI, emailing, form intake).

Hey Felipe, thanks for reaching out! I’m currently reviewing a few profiles and offers, so I’ll get back to you soon once I’ve had a chance to evaluate everything. Appreciate your message!

Hey @jtltheone, this sounds like an exciting project — and I’d love to be part of it!

I run an IT company with 40 team members and we have completed 5 Make projects.

We’ve actually built something very similar before — one project where I connected Jotform to Google Sheets for structured data capture, and another where I built a chatbot that generates custom travel itineraries based on user input. So I already understand the flow, tools, and the kind of user experience you’re aiming for.

Here are similar showcase projects -

I’m confident we can help you build a solid MVP quickly and efficiently. Would be great to jump on a quick call so I can show you what I’ve done and how I can bring your vision to life.

Let me know when’s a good time — I’m ready to get started!
