Am unable to use most features of Make.com because the connections require API, and when you click How To link , it goes to a page that asks you to again log in to Make.com (though you are already logged in). When you log in, it then takes you to the make.com dashboard and away from the featured scenario connection “how to” you originally clicked.

Please share some screenshots of error/warning messages you get.
Also, mention that you’re trying to create a connection with which tool(module).
If it’s more technical and you can’t able to share then directly contact Make’s help and raise a ticket.
