Make + n8n automation debugging — diagnose first, fixed price, I finish what I start

I take on small, bounded automation problems in Make (and n8n), and I start with a diagnosis rather than quoting the whole build.

How it works

  1. You describe the problem and share a scenario export or blueprint — no credentials needed.
  2. I trace where it actually breaks and send you a written finding: what’s failing, why, and a fixed price to fix it.
  3. If I can’t fix it, I tell you. No guessing, and no silent “should be fine”.

Where I’m strongest

  • Scenarios that appear to succeed but silently drop or mangle data
  • Webhook and API integrations (WhatsApp Cloud API, Google Sheets, Airtable, CRMs) where the payload shape is wrong, or duplicates pile up
  • Error handling and retry logic — the difference between a scenario that fails loudly and one that quietly loses records
  • Data cleanup: messy CSV and supplier product data turned into clean Shopify or WooCommerce imports
  • WordPress / WooCommerce: shortcodes rendering as literal text, plugin and theme conflicts, updates with a tested rollback

How I work

  • AI-assisted with human review and accountability: faster to diagnose, but a person owns the result.
  • Fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, and tested before delivery.
  • I run this as a business with a documented process and written receipts. If I take your job on, I finish it — or I tell you early that I can’t, rather than disappearing.

Rate: US$50/hour, or a fixed price for a defined diagnostic. Small first jobs welcome.
