Make needs better Google Sheets support

One of the biggest problems with Make is its very weak support for Google Sheets, compared to Zapier’s STELLAR SUPPORT for Google Sheets.

Make has NO ABILITY AT ALL to monitor an existing row for changes.

And Make’s ability to monitor an existing cell for changes is dependent on 3 things:

  1. Every single user has to be using a desktop computer. No mobile devices, no tablets, no Google apps.
  2. Every single user is required to use the Chrome browser. No other web browsers are allowed.
  3. Every single user is required to install a special Chrome browser extension that was created by Make.

All of this is a gigantic problem for users who simply want to create powerful automations with Google Sheets.

And all of this is natively built into Zapier. Unfortunately, I know of several people who have left Make for Zapier because of this need for better support for Google Sheets.

I’ll vote it up too.

Just a thought… Maybe Z and Google have a special partnership for this, using a private API, etc… all of which costs $$$ to implement and maintain, which Z passes on to their users, thus making Z more expensive.
