:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

Is anyone having issues opening Make. For the past few days when I log in it just sits on this screen doing nothing. Ive tried clearing cache and going into incognito but the same issue happens. Any suggestions or ideas please

  • Platform-side updates or slowdowns: At times, updates or temporary load on Make’s servers can lead to slower response times or incomplete loading.

I’d recommend trying once after some time, switching networks if possible, and ensuring your system is running smoothly. If the issue persists consistently, it would be best to reach out to Make support for further investigation.

Hi @Mohamed_Jahar ,

Thanks for your suggestions. Will run through each of your points and try again. I would have expected other resource intensive systems we run to experience similar issues if these were the cause but they all seem to be running fine.
