I’m starting to get Error: 502 Bad Gateway messages on my API Module that are doing POSTS to other modules, so I know there are no Bad Gateways.
Usually when these start to occur, there are some outages at Make.com. Can anyone Confirm?

Thanks a lot for raising this here in the community.
This could have been related to a webhook/mailhook issue we were facing last week. Our dev team deployed a fix and the situation should be stable now.
