Why won’t make contact support get back to me on my issues? I have submitted tickets concerning the platform running and wasting my operations when I’m logged off of make and not even running any scenarios. I bought a $40,000 operation subscription, the next morning I wakeup and it shows on my dashboard, the operations are overused by 20,000. What the heck is going on? Can someone from support get back to me urgently.
