I am overtaking an existing project. I am not new to the work but new to both platforms and would like to clear up a few things. From what I understand is that data is coming from jotform and contacts are being created or updated
in hubspot using connections via make scenarios. The error we are receiving is related an an empty ID field. Should this ID field be generated and uploaded along with the data from our jotform or is another ID expected. Please see the attachment.

Could you please share screenshots of the module fields and filters in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.
You can also export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to replicate the issue. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

If possible, could you also please provide the input/output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then clicking the bubble on the top-right of each module, taking screenshots of, and copying the contents into this discussion thread:

what is the id parameter in Make? My test run fails because it appears to be expecting an id field fo
This error occurs when there is no data present in the mapped parameter. Based on the provided screenshot, it appears that you have mapped the HubSpot ID. Please verify if there is any data present in the mapped value (ID).
Please try to use filter to avoid this issue.
