Makers Wanted

I’m new to Make.com and am currently learning the platform. I have several clients lined up who need automation services, but I’m not yet confident in my own skills to take on these projects independently.

To bridge this gap, I’m considering acting as a ‘middle man’ by hiring experienced automation experts to collaborate with me. My plan is to charge the client your fee plus a markup for my coordination, data gathering, and correspondence efforts.

Is anyone here already doing something similar? If so, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this approach. What has your experience been like? Is it a profitable model? Additionally, where do you typically find reliable Make.com experts?

Thank you in advance for your insights!

Hello @Ptarsis,

You can find some Make partners @ https://www.make.com/en/partners-directory

If you’re looking for someone to co-build / train with, I am not sure about that one.
If you see some answers you like in the Make forums, particularly those involving the other tools your projects may involve (like Monday.com, Google Apps Suite, Microsoft 365, etc…) you can check their profiles for links to book a call, get more information, and/or send a private message to ask if they are willing to provide such a service.

If you see free consultations, take advantage of those to find out if the person is a right fit for you. Good luck!

My Solutions on Make Community

Hey @Ptarsis , i do this gap filling with my many clients. Many of my client are great in closing or want to sell make services as complementary to their service. They take projects and then gather information to provide me.

Many times i jump on call with them as being their employee to gather information or to get some connection/authorisation thing done.

I dont know and i really dont care what they charge to their client. I have my own per hour or monthly fix settings with my client which i get and rest of the money is there.

So they may charge $80-$200 per hour. Its totally their talent to get the deal close.

If you have usa timezone clients i will be happy to fix the gap. If you want to learn or have consulting call about make. I also provider this sedvice.
