:bullseye: What is your goal?

Does Make have a native module for Microsoft Word 365? I use it as my main word processor, so can anyone help me to figure out how to work with Microsoft Word 365 within Make? I don’t want to turn it into a PDF. I would like to upload/download files. Help please?

Hi Rebecca,

Unfortunately, Make does not have a native module for Microsoft Word 365. Luckily, there are a few workarounds to still upload and download files.

A workaround that I use is to create and upload Google Docs with the corresponding information, place them in a certain Google Drive folder, and subsequently use the Google Drive ‘Download a File’-module > Enter the File ID > Toggle Advanced setting > Convert Google Documents Files to Format: MS Word Document. I will provide a screenshot below:

Thanks so much! It is helpful, but my clients use Microsoft products. Not sure how I’ll add it to my scenario, so I may have to get out my digital duck tape.
