Need someone to assist me in fixing my appointment booking

I am creating an inbound appointment booking inbound using Vapi.ai, Make.com and Google Calendar. There are 2 scenarios, CheckAvailability and BookingAppointment. I have experienced instability when I use the webcall function in Vapi.ai assistant to test the scenarios. Sometimes it triggered the make.com CheckAvailability webhook, sometimes it doesn’t. Then the last Chatgpt module sometimes return the correct available time, sometimes it doesn’t. Then when the correct value is returned, it doesn’t give out the result to vapi.ai. Could anyone help me out with my issues? Thanks.

Looking to connect daily calendar bookings from BookingKoala into GoHighLevel. So far it looks like the only options are for Make to Watch for Updated Booking or a New Booking…is there any way to have Make take everything from one calendar to the next?
