Need to update form data in google sheet

I want to update form details in a sheet like name email etc but i want it to get data for a week and put it into the sheet and then move onto second week and so on in the sheet how can i do that ? i have already set up webhook and google sheet modules in my scenario.

how do i make it so that it only updates data for a week and then moves on to a different row and start the new week there.
