No Event received in Whatsapp Watch Event module

I’ve added Watch Event module in a scenario via Whatsapp Business Cloud, but it does not receive any event when I sent a whatsapp message to the registered number in my FB app.

I’ve tested using Send Message module , and I can send msg using this same number.

BTW, whats the use of webhook URL in this Watch Event module?
