I tried with superadmin account also, so is not about odoo rights…
What can I do ?
Maybe the connector are using some custom ports?
No API key available, only user/pass.

This looks like a connection issue. Follow the guidance document.
Yes, a connection issue, but not at odoo server side.
I tested the connection 100 times…, there is no any mistakes on parameters used.
In that case, try to remove any existing Odoo connection and add it again from scratch.
Also, please try to change the browser or another system because, at times, the browser cache also interrupted the connection process and led to errors.
