OneDrive Watch Files - Not Picking Up Sub Folder Changes

Hi all,

So the OneDrive module is setup to watch the root folder which in this case is the parent folder “Testing”. Essentially I need to know when a file is added to the records sub folder (Example structure shown below), but it’s not picking up any changes.

I have around 50 “Pat X” folders.

Example:
Testing > Pat 1 > Records > Thisisafile.xlxs
Testing > Pat 2 > Records >Thisisafile.xlxs
Testing > Pat 3 > Records >Thisisafile.xlxs
…

Any ideas?
