Is it posible for the Open AI module to be applied to the following scenario? I am building a voicebot in retell.ai that integrates with make for a plumbing business. The scenario is an availabilty check - querying the job management software for available slots ( normal booking) or next available ( for emergencies). Can Open AI be used to integrate with the JMS? As far as I can see - there is a ‘list jobs’ task that can be used and perhaps some filtering can be applied?

Can you provide any details on the Job Management System?
If I’m understand correctly, I don’t think you’d use OpenAI to integrate with the JMS. Instead, you’d build a Make scenario that would query the JMS and then specify that Make scenario to be used as a Tool within Retell.
