Organize invoices in google drive based on content

Hey guys, here’s the setup I need to create

  1. Watch a folder for newly uploaded documents (invoices in pdf)
  2. Parse - read the text and recognize company name, invoice number, date and amount
  3. Move the file to a corresponding folders accordingly (example - “Company A, January 2025”)

Here’s what I have so far

  • trigger
  • pdf.co to read the data

Based on this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JrUBvz7kDZ

What I am not sure about:

  1. How to get the individual pieces of data from pdf.co (name, number, date, amount)
  2. Move/sort the file to the appropriate folder

Since the Google Drive move file/folder has very limited functionality, I believe there must be a few AI steps in between to do the thinking.

Anyone who has done the same / something similar and can help?
