Hi, I have a scenario working well to create a contract document with PandaDocs. This populates my template in PandaDocs and sends out the email to the customer, and then returns the status back when it is signed.
However I want to use my own email system instead of PandaDocs automatic emails. I have tried using the ‘Send a document’ setting to No, presuming that this uses the 'silent document setting where PandaDoc doesn’t send any email out, and the document is created in PandaDocs, but then I cannot get a link back.
Any advice would be appreciated.
