Hi everyone
I’m really struggling to get Pandadoc and Make working together. (I don’t know PD at all)
Do I need a Enterpise level PD or some special type of account. I’m not seeing where I can setup webhooks at all.
Any assistance greatly appreciated
Mike

Welcome to the Make community!
For more information on PandaDoc, see
You should be able to try it out as a free user, because it’s not a premium app.

Here are some useful links and guides you can use to learn more on how to use the Make platform, apps, and app modules. I found these useful when I was learning Make, and hope they might benefit you too —

thanks but read all that. Where it tells me to go to to setup a webhook doesn’t match, at all, what I’m seeing in PD

The PandaDoc Webhook Trigger is the “Watch Documents” module.
If you read the linked page (scroll a little down), you’ll see it.
P.S.: I highly recommend the Make Academy if you are new here!

According to the PandaDoc documentation , an Enterprise plan is needed.

Right… but I am talking about the PD end where that documentation tells me to go to Developer in PD and that option doesn’t appear in the menu.
I am familiar with Make and completred all the Partner training

Sometimes services lock their APIs behind higher-tier plans to earn more money. Nothing we can do except to find an alternative competitor.
