I try to put a regukar user ID value into the module in order to update the people column of one item. the thing is that every option and kind of data that I try to put in I get this massage (attach image).
Does anyone delt with this โpeople column issusesโ before?

As it says, invalid value. first you need to check whether the id is correct or not or the person with this id is a subscriber to the board or not.
next step that most happens with people column. As people column accepts the data as an array of collections. hence, the values should be map like shown in image 1 (if only one user is there). otherwise, as shown in image 2 (if passing more than 1 user dynamically)
