The telephone numbers to transfer to my encharged.io account in the format of +4479999… I need this so that my sms work correctly
What is the problem?
Hi, I am trying to set up my first connection. I has worked well but it is transferring telephone numbers in the format 079… instead of +4479… here in the uk.
What have you tried so far?
I have used the Phone number parse, but it is nto resolving the issue, not even adding a text parser either.

Hi @Maria_Fuentes , the phone number module should do the job, are you sure you placed the correct output in the Encharge module?
And just to make sure, the screenshot you added shows only run of the first module, not the scenario itself. make sure you do a scenario run.
Hi Einav, Thank you for your reply! Yes, that is what all the AI models say, but the module, for some reason, does not solve it. Maybe I am missing a step, hence I used the test parser afterwards.
What are you getting as output from that module?

I meant the output of the phone number module. The international format usually works everywhere.
Eventbrite does not allow to choose so it depends of what people input. Then once I put the module it makes no difference. The number comes the same 0789….. no country code. I am totally puzzled
It doesnt matter what comes from Eventbrite, the phone number module will convert it to several different formats, and one of them should be the one you are looking for.
Can you show a screenshot of the output of the phone number module?
