:bullseye: What is your goal?

Hello,
I have an automation that listens to activity creation in pipedrive to trigger a template creation the upload it to pipedrive. I would like to trigger it as soon as a new activity is created.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

I have done it using “activity watch” but each call costs me a credit, to approximate real time I can set it up to watch everyminute but this is way too costly. I can I fix this. My goal is to trigger the automation from a deal event, if activity is not the right trigger I can consider another.

I haven’t used Pipedrive in a while but it might be possible to set up a webhook in Pipedrive to only fire on events you want to react to. In that case then you’d trigger your scenario with a Custom Webhook instead of a Pipedrive webhook. The help article I’ve linked suggests that it is possible.
