Pipedrive scenario

Hi,

We are using an scenario to automatically add leads from a (typeform) form to Pipedrive. This is mostly working as it should. There is only one thing though for which I cannot find a solution.

At the moment every lead that we receive is linked to one person but there are three people on the same department. Ideally, we would like the leads they receive to be automatically distributed to these people. So let say we receive 3 leads then each lead should be linked to one person.

I can’t find a way to achieve this.

Our scenario is now as follows:

Typeform → create a person in Pipedrive → create a deal in Pipedrive → create a note in Pipedrive

For the create a deal in Pipedrive we are using an router depending on the amount of pieces the lead is interested in.

Hopefully somebody has a suggestion or solution i could try.

2. Scenario blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

3. And most importantly, Output bundles

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download output bundles”.

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted output bundle in this manner:

Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.
