Stuck trying to get an API key with incorrect links and docs.
Error messages or input/output bundles
The link in "The API key can be obtained from here" is broken.

The instructions in Placetel - REST API v2 are also confusing, referring (and not linking) to a menu option that doesn’t exist: “Den API Key finden Sie unter dem Reiter AppStore → Web API. Kopieren Sie diesen Key und sichern Sie den Token an einem sicheren Ort.”
Anyone managed to use the module, or is a Webhook approach the only way?
In any case, how do I actually get an API key? I did ask Placetel’s support too, and I will post here if I get an answer.

Have you tried with the latest V2 documentation?
According to this document, the API key can be generated using this link: https://web.placetel.de/integrations/web_api.
You haven’t mentioned whether you tried with this URL.
Please use the HTTP Authorization request header to provide your API key as Bearer Token to authenticate with our API. Your API key can be obtained from here. If you already have an API v1 key, you are ready to go!

…keep redirecting me to a login page then to the Dashboard. It doesn’t matter that I am already logged.
Feeling stuck now.
So, it turns out there are two distinct product, Placetel Profi and Webex for Placetel
The link I shared and the obsolete module are probably referring to the 1st one, while I am on the second. Things are unstuck now, I am able to connect.
