Could you please elaborate a little bit more about your problem?
Do you want to use these payment operators to pay for your subscription or do you want to integrate them with Make.com to use them across your scenarios?
For the 1st issue - please contact the Support Team directly - you can do this by clicking here in your dashboard.
For the 2nd issue - if providers offer API access with authorization methods supported by Make.com, it will definitely be possible.
1st approach- you can use the universal HTTP module to make an API call to your selected payment provider.
2nd approach - you can create a custom app to use across your scenarios. As this requires more technical knowledge, you can contact Make Partners, or post your request to community members in the Hire a Pro > Hire Help section.
If you are unable to log-in, you should use this form to report and resolve your account login issue first.
When you are logged in to your account, head to the new ticket page to submit a ticket. Above: Screenshot of the Contact Support page
After submitting your support ticket, you should receive a confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” together with a summary of what you submitted. If you do not receive this automated reply within minutes, try creating a ticket again. Example of email subject: [#1234567] Ticket created | Technical challenge
Priority of Tickets
If you do not receive a response from Make support, simply be patient. Make support receives thousands of tickets, hence tickets have to be prioritised based on the severity of the incidents and organisation’s plan. For more information about the different levels of customer support for each plan, refer to the “Support” section on the Pricing page, or on your organisation’s Subscription page. If you are a free customer, you can create a temporary free Pro account to get quicker support via the ticketing system.
Make doesn’t have official integrations for Authorize.Net, Accept.Blue or USAePay, but it still can be done, provided the third-party service has a public API.
Here are your options if they have an API:
A. Do-It-Yourself
If Authorize.Net, Accept.Blue or USAePay has an API reference (also known as developer documentation), you can integrate the API endpoints in Make using the generic HTTP “Make a request” module to retrieve and send data to their servers.
If the API reference or documentation for Authorize.Net, Accept.Blue or USAePay indicates that it has a webhook feature when internal events are triggered, then you can use a Webhook “Custom Webhook” module to process data from incoming webhooks.
If you need assistance in setting up the HTTP module, please provide additional information and screenshots—how you are setting the connection up in the HTTP module, a link to Authorize.Net, Accept.Blue or USAePay API reference/documentation, and what errors you are encountering in your scenario.
You should also complete the API calls with HTTP modules course in the Make Academy on how to connect and use APIs from external services using the HTTP “Make a request” module.
B. Request / Suggest an Official App (Integration)
You can also suggest for an app to be made in the Idea Exchange. However, do search for similar requests (and also upvote them), just in case it has already been suggested to avoid duplicates which may delay the progress.
C. Hire Community Experts
You can use the Hire a Pro > Hire Help category to request for 1-to-1 assistance to help you get the issue resolved, especially if it is urgent or if your automation contains sensitive information that you can’t share here.
It is important to post your request in the Hire a Pro > Hire Help category, as forum members are not allowed to advertise services in other categories. Posting in the Hire a Pro > Hire Help will also expedite your request as other members can assist you over other forms of communication, like video conferencing/emails, and provide detailed, tailored advice to your specific scenario.
D. Engage a Make Partner
You can also browse the Make Partner Directory to find an official Make partner in your area to develop a private custom app and/or work on your automation.
If you do not know which is the best partner for your project, you can provide details on the “Match Me” / Find a Partner page, and Make will identify suitable partner(s) for you.
