Problem of: "failed to load data"

I realized that make simply does not want to enter the login and that is why the message “failed to load data” appears, I think this is because I could log in easily before but today I can’t even and you can notice this because the older logins appear, but the new ones don’t even show Gmail, it simply ignores my attempts! Fix this!!
