Putting in if scenario values

I am trying to do an if scenario with a checkbox on my form everytime i put in the value and tell it to submit true if box is checked and false if the box is not checked its just keeps putting false for all of them in my google sheet when i look at make.com log it shows what was checked but its not transferring that to the google sheet can you assist on how to write the value. i even used the ai helper it does the same thing
