What are you trying to achieve?

To transfer from EU2 to US Server

Steps taken so far

Emailed followed up email nothing from there end should of been transferred last week.

Unfortunately you cannot transfer organisations across servers. Simply create a new organisation and copy all your connections and scenarios over.
