Hey All
So my router seems to be ignoring my does not equal filters
It still seems to process through even though my filter is Set to be If not Medical Or Healthcare
My Other Filter is set to Equals Medical Or Healthcare
The test run I just did didn’t so all the steps but completed the final sendgrid step which is weird

Heres your issue.
“not equal to medical” or “not equal to healthcare”
would always be true, and would always allow data to pass.
if the word is “medical” it still pases because its not equal to “healthcare”
even though its equal to “medical”
Im guessing switching above filter to “and” instead of “or” would fix this.
