"Rows" array format on Bulk Update Rows

I’m trying to update a large number of rows on a spreadsheet. When I select the rows I want to update on this format “1:10” or “1:2000” it just doesn’t work.

Everytime I send and email I want the spreadsheet update the status of the recipient for “Sent”. In the picture is the column F.

Anyone know how can I update this large number of rows?

The field “Rows” is the data you want to update the rows with. This needs to be an array variable coming from an Array Aggregator module.
