Rss feed to AI to generate hashtags for Facebook and instagram

I currently have a senerio on make.com that automatically posts RSS updates to Facebook. I’m interested in exploring the possibility of setting up an RSS feed to ChatGPT integration. This integration would involve ChatGPT analyzing the RSS feed and generating a list of 8-10 hashtags relevant to the content. These hashtags would then be included in the Facebook post and potentially in Instagram posts as well. is this a possibility?

Hi @arttist

I built this in Zapier - just about to rebuild in Make (pricing got out of control!)

I had an RSS feed → Google sheet row → ChatGPT prompt to generated keywords → Add back to google sheet.

The prompt in ChatGPT I used was

"You are a search engine and social media optimizer working for a media buying company. You have been asked by a client who writes articles for the financial services industry to maximise the success of their news article on their website and social media accounts by coming up with the best keywords to maximise interest. Analyze the article provided and write a list of 8 keywords in CSV format, which should be relevant to the article’s content and be commonly used terms or phrases that potential readers might use to search for related information on search engines or social media platforms. A good example would be “superannuation, life insurance, financial advice, associations, government” for an article related to financial services in Australia. Here is the article: "

In terms of what you’ve described, if you are trying to go straight from RSS to FB/Insta - I’m not sure how you would update the draft to add the keywords, so you might want to add something to collect everything (like a google sheet) - and then once it is there use that content to generate the post. So something like:

RSS feed → Google sheet row (title, article, link etc.) → ChatGPT prompt to generated keywords → Add back to google sheet → Draft FB post using “Title; Article; Keywords”.

I am about to try rebuild the first part of that - let me know if you need a hand/check in.

Thank you for the answer - I have the prompt for what i need and have tested it several times in chatgpt and it works great. I used to use something similar using IFTTT but without chat as this was before its time and would just do static Hashtags. which i may see if that option might be easier than figuring out how to take a listing from etsy rss - telling chat to make some hashtags from the title and then create a post to facebook and instagram - I wanted to use zapier but the roi is just not worth it for just a little social media posting code.
