Run Scenario on completion of another not working?

Maybe I don’t have it setup right, but I have one scenario that runs fine.
Its last step is Run a scenario, which has been selected

In Scenario two:

Set to on Demand,
But does not appear to run.
Any thoughts on why not? I know I am checking the same RSS feed, would that mean that my entry has already been flagged as checked even though it’s a separate scenario?
Am I better off sending the variables to the 2nd scenario via a webhook?

Ah, I figured it out, send scenario 2 the data it needs in the run scenario and define the scenario input in #2
