Could anyone get it to work?
What happens is that the Job is created in Salesforce, it is also completed by giving it the instruction, but the processed records are always zero.
What we are doing is creating a .CSV within the stage and then using the same for the job. Could it be a name issue? The content seems correct…
Can you share the previous module where you are getting the CSV file form and also try rechecking the CSV data settings such as column delimiter, line ending etc
To check if your content is correct, we’ll need the output bundles for module [27].
1. Screenshots of module fields and filters
Please share screenshots of relevant module fields and filters in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.
You can upload images here using the Upload icon in the text editor:
2. Scenario blueprint
Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mappings and settings. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.
(Note: Exporting your scenario will not include private information or keys to your connections)
Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario, then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module, save the bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.
Providing the output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.
Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!
Could you please create a separate topic for your question?
While it’s tempting to hop onto an existing abandoned thread, a more effective approach would be to start a new topic just for your question. It helps community experts find and respond to your query quicker, and keeps our space organised for everyone. If you start a new conversation you are also more likely to get help from other users. You can refer others back to a related topic by including that link in your question. Thank you for understanding and keeping our community neat and tidy.
The “New Topic” link can be found in the top-right of the header:
For bugs, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your situation might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.
If you manage to get your issue resolved with support, we’d still love to hear about it! Sharing your solution on the forum can help others facing similar problems.
