Scenario with no error stops working

I there!
I’m building a scenario that interprets text data, structures it and updates the google calendars app with events.
However I ran into a problem. When the scenario reaches the data store module it processes
it and then doesn’t go any further without showing any type of error.
So I’m a bit confused… I really don’t know what to do!

Bellow is an image of the scenario.

Welcome to the Make community!

To allow others to assist you with your scenario, please provide the following:

1. Relevant Screenshots

Please share screenshots of your scenario, any error messages, relevant module fields, and filters in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.

You can upload images here using the Upload icon in the text editor:

2. Scenario Blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mapped variables in the module fields. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

3. Output Bundles of Modules

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario (or get from the scenario History tab), then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download input/output bundles”.

A. Upload as Text File

Save each bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

B. Insert as Formatted Code Block

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted bundles.
These are the two ways to format text so that it won’t be modified by the forum:

  • Method 1: Type code block manually

    Add three backticks ``` before and after the content/bundle, like this:

    ```
    content goes here
    ```

  • Method 2. Highlight and click the format button in the editor

Providing the input/output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

Following these steps will allow others to assist you here. Thanks!

Hi @Ricardo_Reis,

Welcome to the Make community. Are you positive the Search Datastore module has a result? If there is no output bundle, the scenario will continue by default. You can enable the ‘continue the route when no results’ setting of that module.

Cheers,
Henk

Hi @Henk-Operative ,

I really appreciate the reply! Now that you mention it the data store module doesn’t output a result (as you can see in the following picture):

I enabled the “continue the route when no results” and it continued to the end of one of the possible branches. However I don’t quite understand what’s the actual problem in the data store module.

As you can see I put up a filter with the condition of “date time Equal to” the given value. The only possible problem that seemed logical to me was if the saved data in the data base wasn’t classified as the same type as the one I inputed, but that is not the case in my scenario. (Because it is the type “Date”)

With all of this said I really appreciate the reply and if you have any other idea I’m all ears!!!
Cheers,
Ricardo

Hi @Ricardo_Reis,

When you are filtering date type values, make sure that your filter is set for Date/Time operators. Right now, it is text operator.

Use these

Hi there!

As you have said I matched the types of the data in the data base and the filter:

I tried the filter with the “time” and “date time” operators and in both cases the module still doesn’t outputs a response.

I thought that would be it but unfortunately the problem still exists.
Do you have any other insight?

Tanks however for the response!
Ricardo
