I am seeking experienced Make.com professionals to assist with the automation of key workflows for a new HR technology startup focused on connecting talent with opportunities. We require expertise in the following areas:

  • Automated Document Processing: Creating a scenario that automatically extracts information from uploaded CVs.

  • Intelligent Matching: Developing workflows that leverage AI to match CVs to project announcements based on skills and experience.

  • Targeted Search Functionality: Building scenarios that allow users to search for relevant projects based on a given CV, and vice versa (search for experts based on a given project).

  • Automated Communication: Implementing email automation to notify stakeholders (business owner, candidates, companies) based on specific triggers and data analysis.

  • Dynamic Filtering and Database Display: Creating a searchable database of anonymized expert profiles within a web interface, enabling users to filter based on experience and position. (Note: This would possibly require a custom app).

We are looking for Make.com experts who have experience with:

  • Webhooks

  • API integrations (OpenAI, Google Cloud Vision, etc.)

  • Data transformation and mapping

  • Error handling and monitoring

  • If you CAN develop the website: In general terms, what level of preparation on the website side would I need to undertake before you could begin the project?

  • If you CANNOT develop the website: Can you recommend reliable web developers familiar with Make com workflows who can build a functional website around your automations? How easily can your workflow deliverables be implemented on a website by a developer?

  1. Full-Service Solution: I strongly prefer working with someone who can handle both the Make com automation and the website development to deliver a complete, end-to-end solution. Please confirm if this is something you offer.
