I’ve built a scenario (see image below) that successfully exports campaign data from Meta into Monday.com subitems.
Workflow overview:
Monday.com → Lists items containing Campaign, Ad Set, or Ad IDs.
Iterator → Loops through each ID.
Set Variable → Defines which ID to use for Facebook Insights.
Facebook Insights → Fetches campaign data.
Set Multiple Variables → Formats the output for Monday.
Monday.com → Creates subitems with the exported results.
Everything works fine, but here’s my challenge:
Goal
I want to export performance data in cumulative daily intervals.
Example: Campaign runs from Jan 1 – Jan 31.
I want 31 exports where:
Export 1 → Jan 1 → Jan 1
Export 2 → Jan 1 → Jan 2
Export 3 → Jan 1 → Jan 3
…and so on until Jan 1 → Jan 31.
This lets me analyze how results evolve over time (e.g., when performance shifts happen).
Context
I have an Ad Database in Monday where each ad has a start date and end date.
When I press an “Export” button, it triggers this Make scenario via webhook, passing those dates.
What I’m struggling with is:
How can I dynamically loop through each day between the start and end date, adjusting the Facebook Insights “time range” (or “date preset”) so that each iteration exports one cumulative range?
I am open for digital video meeting to explain more details and agree on a budget to fix this issue.
If the end result is as wanted, I might be looking for a go-to person as I am developing CRM systems for clients on a big scale.
Hello @Tobias_Schoyen , welcome to make.com community, I have worked and have experience with Make.com and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications
That’s a smart and well-structured setup — especially the subitem mapping from Meta to Monday. Your logic is solid; the missing piece is the dynamic date loop that expands the cumulative range for each day between start_date and end_date.
I can help you refine the scenario so it:
Generates daily cumulative ranges automatically via an iterator or array map,
Dynamically updates the Facebook Insights “time_range” field on each cycle,
And batches results cleanly into Monday.com subitems without duplication or timeout issues.
I’ve built similar analytics loops for Meta Insights, HubSpot, and Google Ads — perfect for visual performance tracking over time.
