What is the problem & what have you tried?
I have a scenario setup in Make to watch a survey from Survey123, create a feature report using a template .docx, get a PDF file using the HTTP module, and email it to my colleague. As you can see, my problem is with the “Survey123 Create Report” module. I am getting the error “RuntimeError [prepareFailed]”. I’m not sure how to resolve this error. Do you have any ideas?
I read on the Esri website that the report creation tool can sometimes fail. My report template contains six pages, with images and maps. Could this be causing the error?
