Shippo Tracking Number


I am attempting to recreate an automation I had built with Zapier. Simply put the flow is as follows:

  1. Retrieve the new shipping label from Shippo
  2. Search for Contact in Hubspot via Email used in Shippo Label
  3. Update Hubspot contact with the Tracking number from Shippo

I have been able to complete the flow in but it is not retrieving the tracking number alongside the other label information.

Does anyone have an idea as to why? or a workaround?

Maybe the shipping label has not been created yet.

You can use the “Create Label by Rate” module to create a label.
