Shopify Watch Orders Trigger

Hello,

I’m getting quite frustrated / confused by the Shopify watch orders trigger.

The three potential options here are:

  1. Status
  2. Financial Status
  3. Fulfillment Status

I’ve been told by Make support that if I leave these options blank all orders will come through, this isn’t the case though.

The issue I have is that previously our scenario was working fine as all orders both sold through the POS and online were automatically fulfilled as they didn’t need to be shipped.

In this scenario I had these settings:

Status: Closed
Financial Status: Paid
Fulfillment Status: Shipped

Now however some online orders need to be shipped so they are initially marked as unfullied and then manually marked as fulfilled.

I can’t find a combination of settings that will pull through all paid orders regardless of their fulfillment status.

Alternatively the previous settings work but miss any orders that are fulfilled after the order date so if there’s a solution that anyone can provide for picking those up instead that would also solve this problem
