Sign in Issues after being added as User to Organization

Hi, I have 2 accounts in make. One of them is a personal account, and the other is a work account. Up until now, I have only been using my personal account. However, recently I logged in with my work account using google sign in, but did not set up the account. Recently, my employer added my work account as a user to his organization. Now, when I try to login to that account, I cannot login anymore as it gives me an error: " 422

Account already paired with different user.

A different authentication method is used for this account"

Keep in mind, I used google sign in to sign into both accounts. Can someone please offer some advice to get into my work account?
