SMS module suggestions for multiple phone numbers?

I am designing workflow where I read my client’s phone number from a spreadsheet (multiple clients) and then use SMS module (looking for recommendation) to send message on their behalf to the recipient? Is it possible? Or do we need to open an account for each of my client’s phone number at Twilio or ClickSend and then use separate connection?
