I’m trying to ask make to compare 2 lists and then return a numerical value that tell me how many matching values are in those lists.
The data includes 2 people’s growth areas:
Person a
Effective communication, Influence and persuasion, Strategic thinking, Service operational management
Person b
Confidence, Effective communication, Strategic thinking, Leadership
The formula should be returning a ‘2’ but I’m getting a 0.
Any help much appreciated!
