What are you trying to achieve?

I’m new to “Make” and just joined the Pro plan as a UK-based non-profit founder trying to get a few basic automations up and running. I’m 65, not particularly technical, but determined to make this work to help our mission.
I’ve been trying to create a simple automated flow to support a campaign offering a 3-month free trial of some digital tools to non-profit organisations. The idea is that when someone submits a form, we’d like to automatically:
Send a confirmation email to the user.
Attach and send a specific PDF file in that email.
Send a follow-up email with a second form (onboarding).
Log the data in a spreadsheet or CRM (Google Sheets).
Optional: Notify our internal team via Slack or email.
Despite spending hours reading docs and watching tutorials, I’m overwhelmed trying to tie it all together (especially sending PDFs and triggering follow-up actions cleanly).
I feel like I’m missing something really simple, and would hugely appreciate any help, examples, or hints that could point me in the right direction.
