According to the “online Help” link shown in your screenshot,
To get the Flow ID, go to Flows in your ManyChat account, select the flow and copy the ID from the page URL as shown below:
To get the Subscriber ID, you need to store the user’s MCID (Manychat ID) in your Shopify store, or use the “Find Subscribers by a Custom Field” module to search for the user’s Subscriber ID by their personal details.
