I need to retrieve a contact from ActiveCampaign to get Custom Fields infomation that will be sent to Sheets and other documents.
Everything worked just fine until a week ago.
Suddenly my ActiveCampaign “List Contacts” module always run an error in every scenario I have it. This is a Core module for all my scenarios and for my company.
Please share screenshots of the module fields and filters in question? It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.

I have a “List Contacts” on ActiveCampaign too. They my module stopped working 2 weeks ago with this error “The operation failed with an error. Function ‘isValidResponse’ finished with error! Body is missing.”
I verified my ActiveCampaign connection is works. Not sure why it is getting an error. Please help.
Thank you very much for raising this here in the community.
I just wanted to let you know that this is a known issue on our end and that the dev team is investigating the root cause to implement a fix as swiftly as possible.
I will keep an eye on this and will make sure to update you here in this thread as soon as I learn anything new. If you’d prefer to receive updates directly to your inbox, please open a support ticket with us. You’ll receive an automated message as soon as there’s relevant information to share.
I genuinely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused.
Thank you very much for your understanding and for your patience
I found a solution!! At least worked for me. On the active campaign module, go to “Status” (if you don’t see this field, go all the way down and select “Show advanced settings” first). On that fields, “Status”, cswitch to “map” and write “Active”.
Save and run the scenario again. That was the fields that was bringing the error.
Use an error handler as an option. So when the error happens it will update the contact, that way you will get the contact id. Then on the next module you can use that id to get the contact.
The dev team rolled out a fix to this a couple of days ago, and everything should be back to normal. Feel free to let us know how things are on your end.
@Mostafizur_Rahman Thanks a lot for bringing this up in the community I’m really sorry for the trouble this may have caused. It seems there might be a lingering issue that the recent fix didn’t fully address. It’s great to hear that you opened a ticket with us since the support team is equipped with the tools and processes needed to identify the root cause and provide a resolution.
