Switching a simple content-tracking automation from Zapier to Make, worth it?

Hi everyone, I run a content site called Crabguide, and I recently set up a basic Zapier automation to check my Airtable indexing tracker weekly. It works fine but I keep hearing Make is more powerful for multi-step workflows, and I want to eventually pull Search Console data into the same tracker automatically, not just check for new rows.

For someone coming from a fairly simple single-step Zap, is Make’s visual builder a big learning curve, or is it actually more intuitive once you get used to the module/router concept? Would appreciate hearing from anyone who made a similar switch for a small personal project.

Hey there,

Make is on a different level than Zappier, you cant really compare the two. Not in their power and not in the way you build things. I personally find Make much easier to setup than Zappier’s text based mess.
