Telegram bot, Validation failed for 1 parameter(s)

I faced with a problem, my scenarios keep turn off itself and show the following error:

"Validation failed for 1 parameter(s).

• Missing value of required parameter ‘chatId’."

However, whenever i turn it on again and process the old data, the log came to sucess. May i know what is the problem here? And what can i do to let the scenarios don’t keep turn off it self. for now mostly, the scenarios can only run for 5min max
