Hi, I am need to get an update when a specific telegram channel publish a new post. I tried to add “Telegram Watch updates module” and It gives me a webhook URL where do I need to put that URL?

If you’ve inserted the bot token during connection setup, the webhook should already be automatically attached to the channels your bot is in.
Just send a new message in the channel and your scenario should receive it.
