What is your goal?

My goal is for at the end of my scenario, I have the gmail module send me a copy of blog post ideas. When I receive the email it has JSON data like this throughout the body of the email.

What is the problem & what have you tried?

Same as the above and i have tried everything. From adding prompts like 'only output response in plain text, no markdown, no json". Nothing has worked.
